10 session pack ~ Here we do a deep dive over time to get the best results that stick. These are spread over the course of a few months so that, as roadblocks might arise to the strategies we develop together, we can overcome them as a team. Because this is just how life often works, this is the program I recommend the most for lasting change and creating momentum.
5 session pack ~ This can be effective if you have already gone through a 10 session pack and find some regression happening, or need to navigate a new challenge which arises later. Consider this a tune up to prevent losing ground.
3 session pack ~ This just scrapes the surface of the challenges with basic foundations, but it makes for an excellent maintenance check in over time if things feel like they need a refresher.
Single session ~ This is for consults and for supportive loved ones who want to learn more about how to effectively support their loved one.
Depending on spoon counts and needs, these sessions can be anywhere from 25 – 60 minutes long to help meet you where you are. As such, please message me for more information.
